When will I ever learn to control what goes into my mouth?! That's the big question. I start every day with the best intentions but by lunchtime, all that will power has evaporated. I don't think there's any point in trying to lose weight before the weekend now, seeing as how we're going to see Rammstein and will probably be eating crap while we're there.
So what shall we say? Monday? Next Monday 5 March 2012? Sounds good to me. If, and I mean if, I can lose 1lb every week, by my birthday I should have lost 16lbs. Here's hoping - fingers crossed for me please.

Exercise
Since I decided to start walking every day I've kept it up. I went out last night at 7pm and came back at 8.30pm and today I walked into and out of town with Graham. Although I wasn't too good with my eating habits today - I ate chocolate and had a chinese takeaway for tea.

Walking
I'm going to start going for a long walk every day to get some exercise and I've decided I'll be walking into and out of town every day. Like Graham said, that way I can kill two birds with one stone if I need to get anything while I'm in town too. Once the kids are back at school I'll add that on top of the school run.

Goal weight
My initial goal weight is to be 12 st 12 lb. This will take me from being obese to being overweight, which is still not good, but is a damn site better than where I am right now.
